i-Portunus is a project, selected and funded by the Creative Europe programme of the EU, supporting short-term mobility of artists and culture professionals in Europe and its Neighbourhood. The first phase of the project has supported 337 artists to travel abroad and engage with international audiences.

Following the success of the first phase (2019-20), the i-Portunus II project is continuing its support to art and culture mobility and issue up to five Calls for Applications from the end of 2020 untill the end of 2021.

Sectors covered: visual arts, performing arts, literature, architecture, cultural heritage and music.

Countries included: EU members, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Republic of Serbia, Kosovo*, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Tunisia, Iceland, Norway, United Kingdom.

This second phase o(2020-21) is managed by a consortium headed by the Goethe-Institut with Institut français and Izolyatsia.
